His research focuses on innovation, trends and entrepreneurship in learning, media and entertainment. His current research focuses on the impact of new communication phenomena, such as fake news, YouTube or artificial intelligence and their impact on different forms of learning or entertainment.

He is also investigating new sectors where the social sciences are leveraging change or creating new opportunities.
