The R&D activities of researcher Jordi García Albero are part of the study of judicial interventions in electronic communications in criminal procedures and, particularly, focus on the constitutional and ordinary legality requirements for the adoption of restrictive measures, the enforcement of judicial interception proceedings, the incorporation and use of the results in the proceedings and, finally, assessment of electronic forms of evidence.

 

His main research interests are the study of the impact of new technologies in procedural law, generally, the use of electronic media in proceedings and, particularly, digital or electronic evidence.

He is a member of the UOC's Internet Law R&D group.
