My profile

PhD in Psychology (Information and Knowledge Society doctoral programme, UOC). Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources and Organizations at Universitat de Barcelona. Accreditation of Research in Business Organization issued by AQU Catalunya.

Director of the Master’s Programme in Human Resources Management at the UOC. Teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Business is related with with Organizational Behavior, Work Organization and HRM, and Health and Job quality. The R&D activities focus on: 

  1. the study of the explanatory dimensions of the occupational health and job quality;
  2. Sustainable HRM;
  3. impact of digitization on human and organizational behavior; and
  4. the construction and validation of measurement scales.
