For me, the most important thing is to carry out research that has an impact on society. I am a specialist in the management of diversity and inclusion in organizations. I have published high-impact articles on inclusive tourism and transport for people with disabilities.

She holds a PhD in Business Organization from the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) in 2009 and a Bachelor's Degree in Market Research and Techniques from the UB (Universitat de Barcelona) in 1999. In 1996, she received a UB grant to study for a year at La Trobe University (Australia). She has been accredited by the Spanish National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) as an associate professor. In 2000, she started work as a business creation technician at the Barcelona Activa local development agency and subsequently she was at the UAB (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) for 10 years. In 2015, she was appointed co-director of the Chair of Responsible Tourism at Ramon Llull University, where she taught classes on tourism until July 2020. 
 
She has also led social innovation research projects with organizations such as Vueling, Aena, TMB, Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, CosmoCaixa, Barcelona Provincial Council, Girona Provincial Council and the Gran Teatre del Liceu. She is currently a member of the Faculty of Economics and Business, where she teaches marketing, business organization and tourism. 
 
Since 2010, she has belonged to the i2TIC-UOC research group and has been a member of the teaching staff since 2005 and a course instructor on the business creation course since 2010. Her field of research is inclusive design and the co-creation of inclusive experiences for disabled persons.
