ContactSerradell López, Enric
Holder of a doctoral degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB). He has been a member of the teaching staff at the UOC's Faculty of Economics and Business since 1998, where he teaches courses on business administration. Previously, he was director of the Business Studies programme. From 2013 to 2019, he was director of the MBA and Executive Education programmes. Previously, he was an adjunct professor at the University of Barcelona and Ramon Llull University. He has been director of the Business Studies programme. He is currently associate dean for emerging programmes at the UOC's Faculty of Economics and Business.
The research activities of Enric Serradell López are focused on studying the impact of intangible elements on organisations: new forms of organisation, culture, communication, strategy and knowledge management, amongst others. The objective is to study how intangibles play a decisive role in building and developing businesses' competitive advantages and in the ability to innovate
