The R&I activity of researcher Elsa Santamaría López focuses on psychosocial aspects related with the world of work.

 Her preferred fields of study are the effects caused by the transformations taking place in employment and work in people's lives, devoting particular attention to understanding the dynamics created by the inequality, vulnerability and social and occupational exclusion processes suffered by certain population groups.
