Lourdes Esteban Paredes

She also holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona and a master's degree in Teacher Training - Compulsory Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching (specializing in Vocational Training and Guidance) from Pompeu Fabra University.

She is coordinating professor for the internship course of different university master's degrees given by the UOC's Faculty of Economics and Business (Human Resources Management, Digital Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Economic Environment Analysis, and Sustainable Tourism). She is adjunct professor at Pompeu Fabra University, where she teaches different courses related with human resources management.
