PhD in Sports Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Barcelona (UB). Bachelor's degree in Biology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC). Academic director of the Master's Degree in Food for Physical Exercise and Sport at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). Member of the UOC Faculty of Health Sciences and of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Manresa, University of Vic - Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC). She is a member of the inter-institutional Research Group in Epidemiology and Public Health in the Digital Health context (Epi4Health). Her research activity deals with the study of nutrition, health and sport.
