Elasri Ejjaberi, Amal

Holder of a doctoral degree in Business from the University of Barcelona, with international mention. Holder of a research master's degree in Business, Finance and Insurance, and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB). She is currently lecturer at the UOC and her academic activity focuses on courses related with the fields of enterprise, business organization and change management in organizations.

Previously, she held a predoctoral grant at the University of Barcelona and was adjunct professor at the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC). She was also a course instructor at the UOC's Faculty of Economics and Business for 10 years.

The research activity of professor Amal Elasri-Ejjaberi is focused on two main areas. The first is framed within the analysis of the management of sports organizations, which includes the study of customer satisfaction and financial management and the study of e-sport business models. The second is encompassed within teaching innovation, focusing on the analysis of students' competencies and the study of teachers' digital competencies in higher education.

She is a member of the University of Barcelona's Enterprise Research Group and the Consolidated Teaching Innovation in Business Organization Group, also with the University of Barcelona.
