Pau Bossacoma Busquets is a member of the UOC's Faculty of Law and Political Science. In addition to holding Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Political and Administration Sciences, he has an advanced Master's Degree in Legal Sciences and a PhD in Law, all from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF).
His fields of research include constitutional law and theory, political philosophy and theory, EU law, Catalan public law, and the territorial distribution of power (autonomy, sovereignty, federalism and secession). As regards the transfer of knowledge, he contributes articles to various newspapers on a regular basis. In addition, he advises European, state, regional and local public agencies and authorities.
