Baleriola Escudero, Enrique

PhD in Person and Society in the Contemporary World (UAB, 2017) extraordinary doctoral award, master's degree in Psychosocial Research and Intervention (UAB, 2014), and bachelor's degree in Psychology (UAL, 2013). From 2017 to 2020 he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Catholic University of Valparaíso (Chile). He is currently an associate editor of the scientific journal Psicoperspectivas.

Academically, his interests centre on three levels of management, organization and work:

1)            Analysis of public policies and their intermediate management in various professional and organizational fields, mainly in education and health epidemics, with particular emphasis on new governance and management technologies (algorithms, social media and digital instruments).

2)            Understanding of the ways in which laymen (workers, scientists, the general public) can take part in the designing of these policies, as they are all affected by them on a daily basis.

3)            The ways in which organizational policies and management are deployed at local level and their effects on workers and users.
