Bach Faig, Anna
Dr Bach-Faig's R&I work is in the field of food and public health, and, as a member of the FoodLab group, she looks at food and physical activity. She is a pharmacist and has an MSc and a PhD in Nutritional Public Health. She has been involved in both promotion and research projects in food and health, most of them multidisciplinary, both nationally and as part of EU projects. She is a professor at the UOC’s Faculty of Health Sciences, giving courses within the official master’s degrees in Nutrition and Health and in Food for Physical Exercise and Sport. She is a Pharmacists' Association of Barcelona (COFB) Food Committee member and coordinator of the Agora Sanitària nutrition courses. She holds accreditation as lecturer from the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU Catalunya). 
She has directed the Mediterranean Diet Foundation research group at the Catalan Nutrition Centre of the Institute of Catalan Studies (CCNIEC) and is a member of the Government of Catalonia's PAAS Healthy Lifestyle group of experts; the Scientific Committee of the National Food Committee of the Spanish General Council of Pharmacists' Associations (CGCOF); and the Catalan Consumer Agency's Eating Behaviour Disorders Discussion Panel.
