The research group's main objectives concern three large areas: 

  1. Firstly, the analysis, design and study of innovative tools applied to teaching, particularly videos. 
  2. Secondly, the analysis and study of gamification and its use in professional environments and learning. 
  3. And, thirdly, the application of the simulation in distance-learning environments, especially business game simulations. 

The three areas aim to study how these tools used in teaching and professional environments can influence the creation and development of personal and professional skills. In this respect, we wish to emphasise the close relationship of such research with management and leadership, collaborative work, in groups or teams, time management and decision making.
